AceMBA is an independent education and mentorship platform for MBA students in India, operated by Zenvibe Ventures LLP. We are an independent private initiative and are not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with any business school, university, corporate, case competition organizer, recruiter, or any third party referenced on our website or in our content unless explicitly stated.

We sell digital education services only. These include, but are not limited to: live and recorded online cohorts (AceCase, AcePrep, Super100, Caliber, and workshops), one-on-one and group mentorship, curated case competition guides and frameworks, downloadable resources and templates, access to private community and WhatsApp groups, and issuance of participation and completion certificates. We do not sell any physical goods, and no shipping is involved in any transaction.

AceMBA provides training, mentorship, and frameworks, but does not guarantee any specific result.

Information you share with us (name, college, batch, contact details, payment information, conversations on WhatsApp, form submissions) is used only to deliver our services, communicate program updates, send relevant resources, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may use cookies, basic analytics tools, and session-replay tools to understand site usage and improve user experience. By continuing to use this site you consent to such usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceMBA, its founders, mentors, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this website, our content, or our programs. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to AceMBA in the preceding three (3) months.

By enrolling in any AceMBA program (including AceCase, AcePrep, Super100, workshops, and similar) and/or by submitting a testimonial, review, message, screenshot, or feedback to us via any channel (WhatsApp, email, forms, community groups, live calls), you grant AceMBA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display:

• Your name, photograph, LinkedIn profile photo and headline, college name, batch, and role
• Your written, audio, or video testimonials, reviews, and screenshots of conversations
• Your case competition wins, placement results, internship offers, and PPO/PPI outcomes shared with us
• Any content you create as part of the program (case decks, project work) for showcase purposes, with attribution

Such usage may appear on our website, brochures, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp), advertisements, pitch decks, sales material, emails, and other marketing collateral, in India and globally, without any further consent, notice, or compensation to you.

If you wish to opt out of marketing usage, you must email hello@acemba.in before enrolling with a clear written request. Opt-out requests received after enrolment will be honoured prospectively only and will not require us to take down existing collateral already produced or distributed.

Communications in WhatsApp groups, community channels, and live sessions may be recorded for quality, training, and marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to such recording and usage.

Any referral rewards, affiliate commissions, or scholarship credits are governed by the specific terms of the offer applicable at the time of enrolment and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
