Cancellation Policy

All program fees are displayed on the respective program pages (AceCase, AcePrep, Super100, Caliber, and others) and are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). All transactions on this website are processed in INR. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) as clearly indicated on the checkout page. Promotional pricing, early-bird offers, scholarships, coupon codes, and seat-limited discounts are valid only for the duration and seats publicly stated and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

For select programs we may accept advance payments, partial payments, or instalment-based payments. In such cases, the specific payment schedule, due dates, and consequences of missed instalments will be communicated at the time of enrolment and form part of these terms.

Payments on this website are processed by third-party payment gateways (including but not limited to Zoho Payments, Razorpay, Stripe, and similar RBI-authorised processors). AceMBA / Zenvibe Ventures LLP does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials on our servers. Your use of any payment gateway is additionally subject to the terms of service and privacy policy of that respective gateway.

Since AceMBA delivers digital education services where access to content, community, mentors, and recordings is granted immediately or shortly after payment, all payments made to AceMBA / Zenvibe Ventures LLP are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed for any program, workshop, cohort, resource pack, mentorship session, or membership, the amount paid cannot be refunded, returned, or reversed under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal or academic commitments, exam schedules, placement timelines, internet/connectivity issues at your end, or inability to attend live sessions.

In the exceptional case that a cohort or program is cancelled by AceMBA and no equivalent alternative is delivered, we will, at our sole discretion, either (a) offer a credit note of equal value usable against any future AceMBA program within 12 months, or (b) initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. No refund will be issued for a program that has already commenced or where access to any part of the paid content has been granted.

As our offerings are digital services with immediate access, orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the user after payment is successful. If a payment is deducted from your account but the order status is shown as failed or pending on our side, please write to hello@acemba.in within 7 days with the transaction reference. In such genuine failed-transaction cases, the amount will either be auto-reversed by the payment gateway or refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

AceMBA reserves the right to cancel any enrolment in cases of misrepresentation, fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, breach of code of conduct, or sharing of paid content. No refund will be issued in such cases.

AceMBA sells digital services only. We do not ship or deliver any physical goods. Consequently, no return, exchange, or replacement policy applies to any purchase made on this website. Any physical merchandise (if introduced in the future) will be governed by a separate return policy published at the time of sale.

Access to recordings, resources, and community channels is provided for the duration explicitly stated for that program. Access may be revoked in case of breach of these terms, sharing of paid content, abusive behaviour, or non-compliance with the program's code of conduct.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card network without first contacting us at hello@acemba.in to resolve the issue will result in immediate suspension of access and may invite legal action for recovery of dues, damages, and costs. We commit to responding to and attempting to resolve every genuine grievance within 7 business days.

A tax invoice will be issued for every successful transaction to the email address provided at checkout. If you need a GST invoice with your company's GSTIN, please share your GSTIN and billing details at hello@acemba.in within 7 days of payment.

Our programs are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above, and primarily for MBA / PGDM students, aspirants, and early-career professionals in India. By making a payment, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. AceMBA does not sell, market, or promote any age-restricted, regulated, or prohibited goods or services (such as alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gambling, healthcare, or financial products). No export or cross-border shipping restrictions apply, as we deliver only digital services accessible online.
